I started this blog when I was 8 years old. It is to inform people about Art – mostly events and activities that I have taken part in such   as ArtPlay events and also art I have created at different places, school and home.

I hope this blog will inspire you to create your own art, and go to some wonderful art events.

Thanks to ArtPlay, Express Media, Orla and her family for getting me started and for help to setup this blog.

I am a member of E-Arters at ArtPlay

We are a group of tweens who are learning about reviewing.

On our blogs you will find reviews about all kinds of places, shows, art and other things people my age find interesting.

We hope you have fun exploring our blogs and looking for events around Melbourne!

PS. We’d love your comments on our posts! And if you’d like your show reviewed please contact ArtPlay.

Other members of E-Arters are linked to my blog –  visit them too – see my right side menu and scroll down to ‘Other E-Arters’.

E-Arters is an initiative of ArtPlay – do visit their site and see what great events are on for kids, tweens, young people and families.

  1. Hi Hannah
It is Mrs Clough here. You’re blog is fantastic! I am thrilled that you have made such an amazing blog about the Arts! I also started a blog, but I’ve only made one entry so far. I’m finding it hard to get in to it, but I hope to do lots more. I have a couple of photos of my Artwork on there too. When I do a bit more, I’ll send you some info about it if you want. I created mine with WordPress as well.
Well done for starting such an exciting adventure. I’ve signed up so I can keep up-to-date with what you’re doing.
You may have heard that I’m leaving at the end of the year, as my family is moving to a property near Ballarat. So perhaps I can keep in touch with you via your blog?!!
Well, all the best and keep up the great work!
    Mrs, Clough xx

    • Thanks for replying so quickly! I will come and vist your blog too. I know I will be looking forward to reading your blog posts too. All the best for your new home, and I hope you enjoy it!

Hi also from Harini – sorry to hear you are leaving the area and school – it will be a change, though I guess Ballarat is a bigger place now like Wyndham/Hoppers. You will be missed and thanks for all the great support and teaching you have given Hannah while in Junior school. Do keep in touch via the blog and send us your one – the link when ready. All the best too at your new home and school.

    • Thanks, I can tell you how to make a blog when I see you later but here are a few tips:
~get onto wordpress and grab a template from the template gallery for your blog
~and start posting/writing about things that interest you
but make sure you don’t give out personal details.

  5. Hi Hannah,
    your blog looks really cool.
I really liked how you did a video review on Little Big Shots Film Festival 2012 – Tweenarama
I think it was a really affective and interesting way to present a review.

from Imogen ( an e-artkid aswell)

  9. Hi! Quick question that’s totally off topic. Do you know how
to make your site mobile friendly? My blog looks
weird when browsing from my apple iphone. I’m trying to find a template or plugin that might be able to fix this
problem. If you have any recommendations, please share.
    Appreciate it!

    • HI – Hannah’s mum here – just try a narrower template and see how looks on mobile. We just put a note up that a larger screen is better for viewing as we wanted to use a certain template. Or did you find a better way to make it suit all types of devices – if so let us know please.
